everything an athlete would need. Many players feel our
elite-level environment provides better mental and
physical conditioning for the attainment of a dominant
performance and the ultimate improvement of the player's

by staying focused, and cool, calm and collected with
the confidence from knowing they have trained and left
no stone unturned as far as the preparation process
goes. The essence of playing football is rising to the
moment.
The preparation program is a six-week course that
enhances each athlete's speed, quickness, agility,
strength, power, core stabilization, balance, and
jumping ability; and improves their overall football
skills.
Each athlete is assessed when he arrives at through
functional testing and with an evaluation to tailor a
program addressing individual weaknesses. In addition to
addressing perceived weaknesses to eliminate any doubts
teams may have, we also work on the player's strengths.
